Tim Stark fires back against efforts to ban him from owning animals with a 70 page rambling rant


Tim Stark of Indiana's now-closed Wildlife In Need has fired back with a 70 page rambling rant against the state's efforts to permanently ban him from ever owning exotic animals again. Perhaps most telling in the documents is Stark's response to claims that 15-20 animals in his possession died during transport to Oklahoma. "Agree - accidents happen," Stark said.
