Tiger King player Jeff Lowe has again missed a court hearing in Las Vegas. He had previously missed a hearing March 23, claiming he was hospitalized due to a stroke, TMZ reported.
The Las Vegas hearing stems from a 2018 case that alleges Lowe illegally used animals to profit off of. In that case he was ordered to stay out of trouble and the City of Las Vegas is arguing the case brought by the Government against Jeff and Lauren Lowe and Tiger King Park is a violation of that agreement.
According to KTNV, Lowe's attorney requested the Las Vegas hearing be delayed for six months. However, the prosecutor argued Lowe was "doing what he usually does" and stalling, KTNV reports.
The judge ordered Lowe's next hearing in the case to be held May 11.
